i missed our live stream on Friday, and watched the video the first time. I really enjoyed following you to learn different steps. I learned how to do 坐庄，马步， 活步。 Are you going to go into depths on how to do 坐庄，马步. 活步 on your next session? I like to know each of the 动作要领 step by step，things like how to position the gluteus when doing 马步, and how to carry the weight when doing 活步. Thank you so. much and see you on next session.
